Wendy Galloway’s path in real estate has come full circle.
A native Texan, Wendy began her real estate career in 1998, learning the business from the ground up while working in administration for a small real estate team. After obtaining her license in 2001, she built a successful career helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the ever-changing Texas market.
In 2009, life took Wendy to Arizona, where she earned her Broker’s License and gained extensive experience selling real estate during one of the most challenging markets in history—specializing in short sales and foreclosures. That season sharpened her negotiation skills, problem-solving abilities, and understanding of complex transactions.
Eventually, Texas called her home.
After returning to be closer to family, Wendy stepped into real estate leadership, managing operations for one of the nation’s top-producing real estate teams, overseeing nearly 3,000 transactions annually. She later helped build and scale an innovative iBuyer program, growing and leading a team of 28 professionals before transitioning into the corporate real estate startup world, where she oversaw underwriting, valuations, transactions, and operations teams of up to 80 people.
But no matter how far her career evolved, land always felt like home.
Raised on an Arabian horse farm and riding English from an early age, Wendy grew up understanding the lifestyle, responsibility, and beauty that come with owning land. In 2025, she returned to her roots, focusing her business on farm, ranch, land, and residential real estate throughout North Texas. Partnering with the Caraway Team, Wendy combines decades of industry expertise with a passion for helping clients find the property that fits both their lifestyle and long-term goals.
Real estate runs deep in Wendy’s family—her husband is also in the business, her mom is a lifelong horsewoman, and her daughter shares the family love for horses and the outdoors, riding her horse Harold and spending time at the family farm in Pilot Point. When Wendy isn’t helping clients, you’ll likely find her with her family, their Mini Australian Shepherd, Tilly, enjoying life outdoors or soaking up lake days during a Texas summer.
Wendy’s unique background in both high-level real estate operations and hands-on sales gives her clients a distinct advantage: strategic expertise, strong negotiation skills, and someone who knows how to navigate even the most complex transactions with confidence.
